FIELD: manufacture of polymeric-material parts. SUBSTANCE: device has mould, two circular members with facilities for fixing them in position. One internal circular member is provided with tapered tail-piece. Device also has moulding cover made of elastic material, chamber and moulding medium delivery assembly. External circular member has resilient-flexible tapered tail-piece. The latter embraces external surface of tapered tail-piece of internal circular member and overlaps it by area. Internal surface of resilient-flexible tapered tail-piece is profiled as extension of internal surface of tapered tail-piece of internal circular member with enlarged circular space formed relative to mould. Circular space is determined with due regard for value of elastic bend of tapered tail-piece of external circular member under operating pressure of moulding the part till preset thickness of the latter is obtained.
