SUBSTANCE: container has shock absorbing layers 10, 11 and 12, 13 with flexibly yielding gaskets 14, 15 between layers, built into walls of cylindrical housing compartments secured by ends on support circular belts of compartments and power fittings fixed by concentric layers of glass cloth embracing side surfaces relative to horizontal symmetry pane over angles equal to 30-75 deg and made of pressed laminated composite material on base of glass-, basalt-, or organic fabric, or their combination and polymeric binder.
