FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: method consists of preparing crude mix containing wood filler (larch sawdust) and ash-alkali cementing material. The latter consists of fly ashes originated from brown coal combustion and liquid glass synthesized from microsilica (silicon production waste) containing graphite and silicized carbon. Weight Ratio of components is the following, wt.%: sawdust, 14.6-15; ashes, 34.3-35.0; liquid glass, 51.1-51.5. Products are formed from sawdust concrete mix by layer-by-layer vibropressing, and hardening is accompanied by steam curing at 80-90 C at 80-90 C according to 3+6+3 h mode. As a result, strength of sawdust cement is doubled, larch sawdust is used with no preliminary treatment, hardening time is shortened from 28 days to 12 h, and high energy-intensive Portland cement is replaced by production waste (fly ashes and microsilica). EFFECT: reduced production cost and essentially accelerated process. 2 tbl
