FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: process comprises delivering, mixing, molding of products, and hardening of concrete mix in steam-curing chamber at 80-90 C, said concrete mix including 1 wt part of moistened wood filler and ash-alkali binding agent consisting of ash-fly (3.4-2.6 wt parts) obtained during combustion brown coal and carbon- containing liquid glass (2.4-2.8 wt parts) with silica ratio n=1 prepared from silicon production waste, in particular microsilica, and containing fine carbonaceous admixtures in the form of graphite and carborundum. Process is characterized that wood filler utilized is pin bark with particle size 2.5 to 10 mm and loose density 300-350 kg/cu.m moistened to 30% and mixed with liquid glass with silica ratio n=4 and density 1.45 g/cu.cm taken in amount 20% on the weight of bark; said ash-fly is obtained by combustion of Kansk-Achinsk brown coal on Bratsk (Irkutsk region) heat-and-power station; and said carbon-containing liquid glass is liquid glass with density 1.33- 1.43 g/cu.cm prepared from large-scale waste (microsilica) from crystalline silicon production on Bratsk aluminum factory containing 6- 7% graphite and carborundum. Hardening time in steam-curing chamber takes 10 h. EFFECT: reduced density of sawdust concrete. 1 tbl
