FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: principal raw meal components utilized are 1 wt part of pin bark with particle size 2.5-10.0 mm, loose density 300-350 kg/cu.m, moistened to 30%, 2.4-2.6 wt parts of ash-alkali binder consisted of ash fly originated from burning of brown coal, and 2.4-2.8 wt parts of carbon- containing liquid glass with silicate modulus 1 and density 1.33-1.43 g/cu.cm, prepared from large-scale crystalline silicon production waste containing 6-7% graphite and carborundum. Dozed components are stirred for 2-3 min until homogeneous mixture is formed, after which products are molded, further hardening in steam-curing chamber at 80-90 C for 10 h. EFFECT: reduced density of material. 1 tbl
