FIELD: small arms. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to small arms intended for shooting both live ammunition and ammunition with bullets deforming easily used in firing practice and for physiological action on delinquents. Procedure to transfer shooting mode of standard automatic weapon includes shooting with live ammunition with case based in cartridge chamber on front butt, installation of inserted barrel into bore of weapon from its breech end, shooting with ammunition with bullets deforming easily and in case of back transfer to first shooting mode removal of inserted barrel . Inserted barrel is installed by firing shot with ammunition having installation bullet easily deformed and carrying inserted barrel. Removal of it is carried out by firing shot with ammunition having bullet easily deformed and case carrying removing fixture. This ammunition has case which length is less than that of live ammunition by thickness of collar of inserted barrel, percussion cap, propelling charge and bullet easily deformed. In one case circular profile groove to accommodate inserted barrel is made in external surface of bullet, in the other case removing fixture made in the form of fingered bushing with starting section in external surface is fixed in case.
