FIELD: X-ray technology, specifically, X-ray detectors. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for usage in medicinal X-ray plants, tomographs, mammographs and industrial introscopes with high spatial resolution. Device includes multichannel X-ray detector which output is connected via system for survey and reading of charges to analog-to-digital converter and personal computer. Multichannel X-ray detector is fabricated in the form of multiline multiple unit matrix. Mix of device is supplemented with controller controlling matrix connected to information bus of personal computer. Signal input of controller is linked to output of analog-to-digital converter, first output is connected to controlling input of analog-to-digital converter and second output is coupled to controlling input of system for survey and reading of charges whose output is connected to input of multichannel X-ray detector. EFFECT: elimination of dependence of resolution of X-ray detector on width of slit of its input window, reduced dose loads on patient, decreased level of radiation background and current load on X-ray tube. 2 dwg
