FIELD: X-ray equipment, in particular, for medical devices, tomographs, industrial non-destructive flaw detectors with high three-dimensional resolution. SUBSTANCE: device has coordinate-sensitive matrix of photo sensitive elements and optically coupled scintillation elements. Diode coordinate matrix is designed as multilayer structure of arrays of photo sensitive elements, which are located above one another in order to form screen of matrix X-ray receiver. Planes in which photo sensitive elements are located coincide with direction of X-rays. Each array of photo sensitive elements is made on semiconductor substrate as strips which are directed along incident X-rays. Scintillation elements are designed as uniform layers which split arrays of photo sensitive elements. EFFECT: increased sensitivity and simplified design of receiver. 10 cl, 4 dwg
