SUBSTANCE: device has array of photosensitive elements over which scintillation layer which is optically coupled with this array is located. Photosensitive elements are designed on semiconductor substrate as parallel strips which direction coincides with direction of incident X-rays of receiver. Step of photosensitive elements corresponds to geometric resolution of X-ray receiver.
