FIELD: microwave radio transmission channels and miscellaneous up-to-date microwave devices such as pulse modulators, selector switches, protective gear, etc. SUBSTANCE: electrically controlled microwave switch is built around semiconductor diodes and has T-piece whose input side functions as switch input and two other sides are connected to first and second channels; one end of quarter-wave stub is connected to first channel at quarter-wave distance from center of T-piece and one end of first half-wave stub, to second channel. Other ends of first quarter-wave stubs are connected to anodes of first and second diodes, respectively, whose cathodes are connected to control circuit. EFFECT: reduced size and simplified control and isolating circuit arrangements. 1 dwg
