FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical bushing made of anisotropic barium hexaferrite and magnetized in diametrical direction, inlet branch pipe manufactured of flexible material set on one of bushing ends, and facility for adjustment of medicinal liquid magnetizing intensity made of magnetically soft material as washer with two narrow antipodal tags adjacent to external cylindrical surface of bushing. Magnetizing intensity adjustment facility closes outer magnetic flux of bushing particularly and allows stepped variation of induction of transverse magnetic field in through hole of bushing. In this way medicinal liquid is given optimal biological activity when it flows from vessel through bushing hole. EFFECT: simplified construction, wide range of magnetizing intensity. 3 cl, 2 dwg
