FIELD: metal-working industry; other industries; devices for magnetic purification of the technological liquids.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the magnetic purification of the technological liquids, the cutting liquids, the washing solutions and may be used in the metalworking productions, which include the metal working by pressure, cutting and also metal rolling. The magnetic separator contains the vertical cylindrical magnetic cartridges made in the form of the set of the permanent magnets, having in section the form of the ring made out of the material with the residual magnetic induction Вr = 0.1-3.0 T. The permanent magnets are densely set on the rod or the tube made out of the magnetically soft material and placed in the nonmagnetic barrel. The drive gears of the magnetic separator are made in the form of the electrical engines. The technical result of the invention is the increased cartridges slime capacity, the uniform distribution of the slime along the surface of the cartridges, the increased duration of the technological cycle, the increased productivity of the purification process.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased cartridges slime capacity, the uniform distribution of the slime along the surface of the cartridges, the increased duration of the technological cycle, the increased productivity of the purification process.
