SUBSTANCE: withdrawal line is thrown from flying vehicle during its motion; this line is secured on immovable platform. Then vehicle performs circling flight. After securing the cargo to withdrawal line, vehicle starts ascending in spiral. After withdrawal line is taut, cargo is disconnected and flying vehicle moves tangentially. EFFECT: improved conditions of ascent; enhanced reliability of protecting cargo.
