FIELD: building materials industry, more particularly manufacture of gypsum binder-based products. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises wt %: gypsum binder, 22-29; optical glass production waste with particle size of 5.0-2.5 mm, 45-54; optical glass production waste with particle size of 1.25-0.63 mm, 7-9; optical glass production waste with specific surface of 1800-2000 sq.cm/g, 4-5; milk serum, 1-3; and water, the balance. Products have average density of 2920-3240 kg/cubic m and compression strength of 13.6-15.1 MPa. EFFECT: improved properties of the composition. 1 tbl
