FIELD: devices of mixing, dispersion, disintegration of materials in liquid mixtures or suspensions; applicable in mineral concentration, construction engineering, chemical, food and fuel industries. SUBSTANCE: vibromixer is used for production of finely dispersed loose materials by wet method. Vibromixer consists of hydropulsing power drive and technological part. Used in drive is high-frequency vibropulser communicated by means of channel with cavity of hydraulic cylinder with spring-loaded piston and rod. Cavitation treatment of flowing materials is carried out in successive flow of materials in gaps between vibrating rod screw turns and fixed turns of body screws. Short-time treatment of material is performed in parallel flows of radial direction from body cone cavity and rod cone cavity over gaps between discs. EFFECT: higher intensity of wet grinding and productivity. 4 dwg
