FIELD: space rocket equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has front plasma accelerator with anode and hollow cathode, heat-generating cathode ignition heater with fuse plates, power supply unit and control unit. Heat batteries are used as power supply. In addition device has integral systems for storage, feeding and evaporation of working fluid. One system is designed as porous cylinder and is mounted on hollow cathode, other systems are autonomous and provide heat shield for plasma accelerator together with heat batteries. EFFECT: increased efficiency of influencing near-earth space by simultaneous injection of plasma and vapors of various elements, for example, barium, cesium, lithium, sodium. 2 dwg
