FIELD: veterinary medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at enhancing diagnostics efficiency on account of increased activity and specificity of allergic response to tuberculin. Aim is achieved by injecting intramuscularly immunocorrecting composition before tuberculin test is carried out. Composition contains, wt.-%: formaldehyde, 0.07; sodium chloride, 0.9; and distilled water. Preparation is administered in dose of 4-6 ml two or three times with 6-10 day pause. 45 to 60 days after the last injection was done, animals are examined using subcutaneous tuberculin test and skin reaction is recorded 72 h later.
