FIELD: veterinary science, laboratory diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with evaluating tuberculosis-resistant and tuberculosis-sensitive laboratory and farm animals. One should add guinea pig's complement and physiological solution to animal's citrate blood at the ratio of complement:physiological solution:citrate blood being 1:2:10; then the mixture should be incubated, smears should be prepared and stained followed by detecting the index of leukocytic agglomeration and at its value being up to 2.5% one should detect animal body resistance to tuberculosis, and at its value being above 2.5% - sensitivity to this disease. The innovation enables to carry out differentiation of different animal groups by the criterion of tuberculosis-resistance and tuberculosis-sensitivity at high accuracy.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection.
