FIELD: veterinary medicine. SUBSTANCE: method deals with a 3-fold BCG- vaccine immunization conducted in youngsters at 6-, 8- and 18-aged period due to intracutaneous injection of the preparation at the dosage of 2 mg in 0.2 ml solvent into area of average scapular third. Allergic diagnostics is carried out before the third vaccination. BCG injection is performed with the help of a syringe supplied with a needle shortened up to 2-3 mm. The method provides about 70- 100% protection of animals against tuberculosis at lower labor expenses for prophylactic events. EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis. 2 cl, 6 tbl
