FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out femur neck osteosynthesis with spongiose screw and intertrochanteric valgoid osteotomy. Valgisation is carried out by mutual pressing the fractured bone fragments with permanent compression followed between them at two levels in fractured (pseudoarthrosis) zone of the femur neck. Intertrochanteric osteotomy is done by means of device having spongious screw and clamp manufactured from titanium nickelide. The spongiose screw serves as supporting member for the clamp in the slope zone of the greater trochanter. The clamp is additionally C-shaped bent in the limbs plane, one of limbs being ring-shaped.
