FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be used for correction of varus proximal femur. Rod-joystick is introduced into femoral neck and head in position of actuation of operated extremity. Channel for intramedullary nail in central fragment is formed in a retrograde manner at an angle of 130 degrees to axis of femoral neck, wherein first walls of channel in central fragment are bound by deflecting spokes at two, that are introduced into anterior-posterior direction through an apex of greater trochanter and an intertrochanteric region. Transverse intertrochanteric osteotomy is performed from mini access along lower edge of created channel. Before osteotomy conductor is introduced into formed channel in a retrograde manner for intramedullary nail, distal end of which is installed on level of osteotomy, and after removal of central fragment of varus position of conductor is advanced behind osteotomy line in peripheral femoral fragment.
EFFECT: method enables to reduce injuries, providing possibility of early load on extremity.
