FIELD: treatment of materials in fluidized bed. SUBSTANCE: device is provided with at least one nozzle for delivery of binder containing liquid which is located in housing above fluidized bed formed during operation. Outlet orifice of nozzle is directed downward in way of sieve-like bottom. Nozzle is in form of planar-jet nozzle. Housing has ring-shaped cross-section. Zone of spraying of nozzle is mainly oriented radially. Spraying zone extends only on one side of vertical center axis of housing along radius-beam. Nozzle is mounted for rotation about center axis of housing. Nozzle may be made in form of two-component planar-jet nozzle with external mixing of components. Nozzle ensure delivery of sprayed gas under pressure of 2 to 7 bars and liquid to be sprayed under pressure of 0.2 to 3.0 bars. Nozzle is rated for flow rate of liquid (water) of 1.5 to 5.0 l/min. Device may be provided with several nozzles, preferably 6 to 12 nozzles, evenly distributed over circumference of housing. Nozzles are mounted on central rotary shaft by means of levers; rotary shaft and levers are hollow. Plate located under sieve-like bottom is provided with radial slots for flow of air. Plate is mounted rotatably for coincidence of slot positions and planar-jet nozzles. Surface of fluidized bed covered by nozzles at any moment is equal to 10 to 25% of total surface of fluidized bed. Surface of fluidized bed covered by one nozzle is equal from 150 to 750 sq.cm, preferably 600 to 700 sq. cm.
