FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: according to procedure granulated material is produced by combination of thermal conditions in spraying zone and temperature conditions in the rest part of installation. Such combination is achieved by supplying heated process gas for drying exclusively in a nozzle zone. Special geometry of the installation design using gravity force facilitates reliable introduction of particles into the nozzle zone. There is produced fine granulated composition with dimension of a grain within ranges from 0.1 to 1.0 mm of a round shape with bulked weight <850 g/l and good water solubility.
EFFECT: continuous or periodical production of granulated material at maximum possible elimination of non-uniform distribution of temperature; also improved control of granulated material during production.
