FIELD: manufacture of organic electroluminescent devices. SUBSTANCE: method comprises preparing mixture of oligotriphenyl amines (I) containing 8-9 monomeric units, for hole-transfer layer in electroluminescent device, reacting monomethyl substituted triphenyl amine with bromine-containing complex to prepare dibromosubsituted monomethyl triphenyl amine which is treated with equimolar amount of activated Mg with addition of zerovalent nickel. The resulting mixture of bromine-containing oligomers is treated with alkyl- or arylmagnesium halide in the presence of zerovalent nickel. Method of preparing 3-(4-biphenylyl- 4-(4-tert-bytylphenyl)-5-(4-dimethylaminophenyl), 1,2,4- triazole (II) for active luminescent layer comprises reacting 4-dimethylaminobenzoic acid with 4-phenylbenzoyl chloride to obtain 1-(4-dimethylaminobenzoyl)-2-(4- phenylbenzoyl)hydrazine which is cyclized in the presence of PCl3 and 4-tertbutyl aniline. Electroluminescent device consists of injecting electronic layer based on magnesium-silver alloy, active luminescent layer based on triazole (II) derivative, hole transfer layer based on mixture of oligotriphenyl amines (I) and injecting hole layer consisting of mixed indium and tin oxide ((In2O3,SnO2)).
