SUBSTANCE: plant has transportation facility and source of hot gases in the form of gas generator on solid fuel. Gas generator has long nozzle unit. Plant is additionally provided with at least one weight attached onto gas generator on side opposite to long nozzle unit. Gas generator body has conical part. Long nozzle unit is made in the form of long gas conduit whose diameter is smaller than that of gas generator. EFFECT: higher efficiency and safety of cleaning oil and gas wells from hydrate-paraffin deposits and ice blocks. 1 dwg
