FIELD: mining industry; applicable in voice warning of miners in underground workings on emergencies, calling of individual party for communication to telephone set, and for transmission of information relating to production process. SUBSTANCE: device has transmitting and receiving sets. Transmitting set consists of reference generator, control panel, shaper of code sequence, frequency divider, power amplifier and antenna. Each receiving set has antenna, selective amplifier, frequency changers, local oscillator, phase shifter, low-pass filters, threshold elements, phase detector and decoder. Decoder output is connected to digital-to-voice signals converter connected via low-frequency amplifier to loudspeaker. On transmitting part, initial information to be transmitted is coded in respective binary sequence by binary code combination which is used for modulation of carrier frequency of signal radiated by transmitter from day surface to mine. In mine, signal is received by receiver, demodulated and processed by decoder where separated from signal is code sequence which is converted by speech converter, amplified by low-frequency amplifier and reproduced by loudspeaker.
