FIELD: wind- power engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has two sails set in relative oscillatory movement and alternately changing their resistance to wind; plant is made in the form of vertical poles carrying sails on their top ends; their bottom ends incorporating energy converters are hinged to baseplate; top ends of poles are free to rock relative to each other in phase opposition. In addition, plant is provided with hydraulic unit coupled with pole bottom. Poles are made in the form of spatial hinged parallelogram. EFFECT: improved power capacity and reliability, facilitated manufacture. 3 cl, 10 dwg
