FIELD: medicine, infectology. SUBSTANCE: one should perform an ultrasound sanation of infection focus due to its sonication via intermediate, ozone-saturated (up to 5-10 mg/l concentration) medicinal solution of an antiseptic preparation. Then, contact low-frequency ultrasound treatment of the injured site is conducted. The impact is applied through an interlayer impregnated with ozonized oil at the value of peroxide number being not less than 200. Then, aeration of erysipelas inflammation focus covered with ozonized oil is made with the flow of gas-air mixture. Spray-coating of ozone-containing gas-liquid mixture is performed upon the surface of regenerating focus by using a flare of ultrasound aerosol. The mixture is a 10-% aqueous solution of an ozonized oily emulsion of "oil-in-water" type. EFFECT: higher efficiency in treating erysipelas. 4 dwg, 1 ex
