FIELD: petrochemical processes. SUBSTANCE: in initial process stage, fine isoparaffin- sulfuric acid emulsion is prepared in separate emulsion zone by injecting isoparaffin into acid medium through nozzle system thereby enabling high-velocity blowing of isoparaffin through acid resulting in formation of homogeneous emulsion, no special stirring devices being involved. Emulsion is then fed into reaction zone, separated from emulsion zone, into which olefin is introduced mainly through multitude of points perpendicularly to emulsion stream. Advantage of such scheme is expressed by enabled maintaining sulfuric acid-hydrocarbon volume ratio in reaction zone within the range from 0.3:1 to 0.5:1.
