FIELD: wine-making. SUBSTANCE: weak natural wines and alcoholic beverages are concentrated by partially removing water through membrane which is permeable for water and not for bigger molecules of ethyl alcohol and other wine or beverage components. According to invention, water is removed via pervaporation through superfine membrane of nonporous hydrophilic polymer or through layered composite membrane consisting of superfine layer of nonporous hydrophilic polymer and several porous material layers.
