FIELD: alcoholic-drinks production industry. SUBSTANCE: method for production of alcoholic drinks primarily of cognac, armanyak, vinyak, brandy, whisky, rum, colvados envisages infusion of water-alcohol solution in vessel made of oak wood or containing oak wood. Water-alcohol solution includes water, alcohol, and components obtained in result of chemical, biochemical, and physical processes of interaction between water-alcohol solution, substances extracted by water-alcohol solution from oak wood during its infusion in vessel, and oxygen of air. After that, undertaken is reduction of concentration of alcohol in solution by removing part of alcohol from it through membrane which is permeable for alcohol and fully or partly impermeable for water and aforesaid components of solution.
