FIELD: methods of alcoholic beverages treatment. SUBSTANCE: treatment of alcoholic beverages includes neutralization of toxic substances by adding in prepared alcoholic beverage a mixture of lactulose, lactose and galactose in amount in terms of weight 2-120 g, 0.5-30 g, 0.1-10 g, respectively, per one dal of alcoholic beverage. EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties of alcoholic beverages.
