FIELD: metallurgy, particularly, preparation of raw materials, more specifically, production of iron-ore sinter for blast-furnace process. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation, metering and introduction into burden of fuel, iron-ore concentrate, repetition metal product and fluxes, their mixing and pelletizing. Fluxes are used in the form of limestone and slime. Introduced into ore-iron concentrate is preliminarily prepared mixture consisting of repetition metal product treated with permanent magnetic field, limestone and slime in ratio of 1.0:(0.05-0.28):(0.12-0.30), respectively. Solid fuel introduced into each 10% of mixture is reduced by 3-6 kg/t and temperature of mixture ignition is 10-20 C below the respective values without introduction of mixture into burden. Quantity of mixture in iron-ore burden may be maintained within 5-50% of iron-ore burden weight. Repetition metal product may be used in the form of metal concentrate with metallic iron content of 28-55%. Metal concentrate is produced by magnetic concentration of slag. EFFECT: increased sinter reducibility by 8-14% and its strength by 2-9%, reduced production cost price by 20%. 3 cl, 2 tbl
