FIELD: high-voltage pulse equipment, in particular, for pumping lasers and generation of heavy hydraulic blows. SUBSTANCE: device has oil-filled metal housing with low-voltage input and high-voltage output, and stepping-up transformer, high-voltage rectifier, clipping choke and discharge resistors, which are mounted in housing. Discharge resistor is inserted between high-voltage output and housing. Discharge resistor is connected in parallel to measuring serial circuit of capacitors and at least one resistor. EFFECT: remote control for device operations, increased safety, time constant of measuring circuit is less than time constant of discharge time of device. 3 cl, 4 dwg
