FIELD: shoe industry. SUBSTANCE: device has at least one superposed protective member manufactured from synthetic netted material. Protective member may be made in the form of fabric, filaments, yarns or cord. Kapron is preferable as synthetic material due to its qualities, such as hydrophobia and skid-prevention during frost. Cell area of netted material is within the range of 1-4 sq.cm. Usage of netted material, yarns or cords is preferable as compared to continuous fabric from natural material due to reduced production cost. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 2 cl, 3 dwg
