FIELD: medicine, reconstructive plastic oral surgery. SUBSTANCE: the method includes a three- dimensional reconstruction with the help of composite autotransplant as a muscular flap out of rectus muscle of abdomen upon lower-epigastral vascular stem, cartilaginous fragment of costal arch and cutaneous area in epigastral zone. Moreover, muscular part of a flap is used to divide the wound against nasal cavity, fauces and nasopharynx and counterbalance the defect's volume, cartilaginous part of the flap is used to remove the defect of orbital wall, a part of the flap is used to restore facial skin.
