VICTIMS RESCUE METHOD Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: method used in extreme situations for leading out wounded people from accident sites and rendering medical aid. SUBSTANCE: method involves delivering command to air-liner from computation center in case of occurrence of extreme situation. Computation center develops optimum decision on the basis of data, with kind and nature of extreme situation being taking into account, and number of injured. Air-liner is sent to specialized base for converting common air-liner into medical liner equipped with set of stands with handbarrows and with operating and resuscitation equipment, with further flying to extreme situation zone for rendering medical aid to victims. Air-liner is provided with arrangements allowing field hospital to be laid out on site. EFFECT: increased efficiency in rescuing victims and liquidating extreme situation effects. 4 dwg
