FIELD: machine engineering, metallurgy, namely, removing scale, rust, worn paints from part surface. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes drive mandrel coaxially joined with elastic disc and cutting members mounted with possibility of motions in direction parallel to drive mandrel axis and arranged at least along one circle coaxial with said mandrel. Each cutting member is secured to working end of separate holder mounted with possibility of angular motion in through opening of disc by means of resilient gaskets placed at both sides of elastic disc. EFFECT: enhanced degree of tracking relief of part surface, lowered vibration level of cutting members. 1 dwg
