FIELD: manufacture of cold-resistant pipes for oil excavation resisting to sulfide corrosion cracking. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of pipes from carbon steel includes preliminary hot deformation, cooling with water at the rate of 60-80 deg/s to 600 C, speedy heating to 800-900 C for final deformation at the rate of 30-45 deg/s, final deformation, heating to 760-790 C, cooling in water and tempering at 670-700 C. EFFECT: increased cold and corrosion resistance of pipe in environment containing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. 1 tbl
