FIELD: metallurgy; mainly, manufacture of oil-and gas pipes from low-carbon steel resistant to corrosion cracking in media containing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. SUBSTANCE: method includes preliminarily hot-rolling, cooling, heating, final rolling, heating up to 760-790 C, cooling in water and tempering. Cooling of pipes after preliminary hot-rolling is carried out in the air down to temperature of 600-650 C, and with this temperature, pipes are heated up to 850-900 C for final rolling. Then pipes are cooled in the air, and after hardening, tempering is carried out at temperature of 690-720 C. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
