SUBSTANCE: device has a casing which is a finger stall configured to be fixed on the thumb of the user, an information input unit and at least one haptic switching element, configured to trigger upon contact with one finger of the user and send a command to the information input unit. The finger stall has shape adapted for its placement on at least the nail bone of the thumb of the user and which leaves free fingers of that hand having three phalanges, wherein at least one haptic switching element is a touchpad-type haptic switching element which is mounted on the finger stall in an area accessible for contact with at least one free finger of that hand.
EFFECT: high reliability of input information and enabling prolonged information input without fatigue of the working hand of the user.
