SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to devices for receiving and transmitting information via Braille script. Device consists of cells that, in the information reception mode, form the relief-dot characters of Braille for reading, and in the information transfer mode, these cells form Braille symbols in the form of a keyboard layout, and information entry is performed by clicking on the corresponding cells.
EFFECT: technical result is to enable the reception and transmission of information through Braille's relief-dotted script.
