FIELD: locking doors of containers, cars, access holes of tank cars, etc. SUBSTANCE: at least one slot is provided in case walls on its inner taper surface over generating line of cone. Slot is meant to receive cord locking member. This member clamps one end of cord between taper surface of case and separator placed therein. Other end of cord is terminated in fixed lug. Cord is passed through locking assembly eyes and its loose end is inserted in locking device proper. Case slots prevent separator slipping relative to case when trying to turn the device.
