SUBSTANCE: device can be used in any industries for locking with lead-sealing of objects where use of flexible tie in form of cable length is expedient. Device features high reliability of locking and protective properties, is simple in design and convenient in use at reduced overall dimensions. This is provided owing to the fact that one end of cable length is preliminarily rigidly secured in housing, and second end is pulled at locking through housing and is fixed in ring grooves of two similar rollers placed in seats of spring-loaded holder arranged in blind slot of housing. When preparing the device for locking, rollers and holder are fixed in initial position in housing by means of core and spring-loaded lock.
