FIELD: medicine; may be used in prosthetic engineering. SUBSTANCE: talocrural assembly of prosthesis has hollow and stiff (at least in middle part) body of foot prosthesis, fixator of stump receiver or of crus prosthesis positioned above body. Rod-shaped prosthesis of ankle is coupled to fixator through proximal end. Sagittally oriented damper has guide cylinder coupled to prosthesis body. Guide cylinder accommodates slide coupled to distal end of ankle prosthesis by cylindrical hinge which axle is secured in slide, shock absorber and rolling energy recuperator. It is made as hollow axially symmetric shock absorber for recuperation without functional shortening of prosthesis and increasing of anthropomorphism of gait over uneven surface. Shock absorber embraces ankle prosthesis with clearance. It is forced between distal surface of fixator and intermediate rest of ankle prosthesis. Ankle prosthesis embraced guide cylinder in distal part, and axle ends emerging from slide are introduced into cross-shaped recesses positioned in side wall of cylinder and in ankle prosthesis. EFFECT: increased gait anthropomorphism. 6 cl, 3 dwg
