FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to shin prosthesis with ankle. Human shin prosthesis with an ankle joint comprises a stump receptacle in the form of a half-sphere, which consists of an outer hemisphere, a joint of hemispheres and an inner hemisphere; connection assembly, a shin bone simulator, made in the form of a sleeve from an aluminium pipe, a connecting sleeve, silentblock imitating ankle joint, made in the form of two steel sleeves: inner and outer with rubber ring between steel sleeves, formed by vulcanization, assembly for pressing-in of silentblock, metatarsal and phalanx assembly consisting of titanium plates, ram assembly with titanium plate, protective elements. Silentblock is connected to the shin bone simulator by pressing the outer steel sleeve of the silentblock into the assembly for pressing the silentblock. Shin bone simulator is rotatable relative to the foot by means of an elastic rubber pad. Talus assembly is connected to the silentblock by means of a bolt joint. Inside the bolt has a hole with diameter of 10 mm. Talus assembly contains simulators of tarsal bones, talus and a calcaneal bone simulator in the form of a titanium plate. Talus assembly is anodised after processing at the CNC machine. Metatarsal and phalanx assembly is connected to the talus assembly by means of a bolt joint. Bolt nut is fixed by means of thread lock. Metatarsal plate has a capron gasket.
EFFECT: simplification of the design with provision of biomechanics of the lower extremity during walking, squatting and jumps of a person with a prosthesis, reducing the length of adaptation and rehabilitation of the patient when using the prosthesis.
