FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: tyre building drum has hubs mounted coaxially on drive shaft for turning relative to each other and sectors forming working surface of drum. Supports of sectors are installed in guide slots of one of hubs and are furnished with rollers fitted in curvilinear slots made on end face surface of other hub. base of each sector is made in form of two guide ways, and curvilinear slots are made stepped. Drum has rigid structure, is easy to service and provides two and more working diameters. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 dwg
