FIELD: tyre industry; assembling of radial ply tyres. SUBSTANCE: drum has flanges mounted on drive shaft. Housing with horizontal support projection is rigidly secured on one of flanges. Housing is provided with end face slots. Drum has sectors some ends of which are mounted in end face slots by means of axles, ring elastic chamber and ring with regulator of ring position relative to flange mounted on housing. Ring position regulator is made in form of movable stops installed in ring and screws for coupling ring with housing. Thrust flat plates with adjusting screws are installed on free ends of radial plates. Screws serve to engagement with end faces of radial plates. Slot for sectors is made in support projection.
