FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: lifting device is designed for loading and unloading of movable member at site above approach track in vertical and horizontal directions by means of lifting members and displacement members. Device had frame with two pairs of support links installed for displacement relative to each other for changing cross size between frame supports by means of one pair of telescopic bars telescoping across device and furnished with frame displacement members providing displacement of frame along ground surface. Displacement members can be arranged in travelling position on transportation platform, and in operation they can be moved away beyond the limits of platform. One pair of support links is secured on lifting device beam mounted for movement on lifting device frame with possibility of tilting and/or turning of support link pair relative to frame.
