FIELD: tunnel building technology. SUBSTANCE: procedure can be used in building of subways, vehicular traffic tunnels and reinforced concrete tunnels in watered medium at hydrostatic pressure above 0.15 MPa and at inflow of water to work face above 20 cu.m/h. Tunnel lining is made up of reinforced concrete blocks having curved metal sheet at their internal side creating reinforcement and hydraulic insulation. Welded to metal sheet are metal strips along edges at side facing inside concrete block which create ribs. Rigidly fastened to ribs are anchors so as to create grooves between adjacent lining blocks. Each lining block is provided with additional metal strips which are located discretely at calculated pitch. These metal strips also create ribs. Additional metal strips are rigidly fastened to sheet at side facing inside lining block and oriented across longitudinal axis of tunnel. Also provided are additional anchors which are rigidly secured to additional strips. Extreme metal strips are fastened to sheet so as to create overhangs. Length of overhangs is not over half of sheet thickness. Distance between end-faces of sheet overhangs of adjacent lining units is equal to not less than two values of sheet thickness. Walls of grooves between adjacent lining blocks are created by extreme metal strips of these block. Grooves are filled with caulking material. Aforesaid technology of tunnel lining allows for reducing amount of metal needed for construction and cutting labour cost. This is achieved due to optimal selection of rigidity of metal sheet by providing it with wisely arranged ribs together with provision of caulking grooves which prevents necessity of using additional metal sheets which overlap joints and their welding. This ensured utilization of such improved metal sheet which simultaneously functions as reinforcement and hydraulic insulation and made possible to give away from utilization of traditional reinforcing framework by development of structure which is simple and inexpensive in manufacture which can replace expensive cast iron tubings which are hard to produce and erect. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 dwg
